We specialise in taking care of your home, getting your property ready for renting or for your own use, also covering housekeeping, maintenance and repairs - we can take care of everything!
We never hand out work to third parties unsupervised.
We hold a set of keys to your property that can be used in;

Our Homecare Plan is designed to give you peace of mind and provide you with a proactive regular maintenance and security check of your home to quickly solve any problems and prevent major and costly repairs if left unattended.
When your property is empty for periods of time our 'empty property inspections' give you advanced notice of any problems before they are able to cause significant issues. We also advise an extra visit after a bout of significantly bad weather to ensure that there has been no damage.
We can inspect properties on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
On inspection we will check:
The property is secure, open windows and air the property, inspect for humidity problems, check the electrics and taps for leaks, examine the boiler, look for signs of insect or rodent infestation, check outside areas for any damage, water plants, collect mail, complete a property checklist and report any issues back to the owner via a detailed inspection report.
For properties that are rented out on a long term basis we can carry out regular property inspections to ensure your tenants are caring for your home and look for any potential repairs or damage that needs addressing either by the landlord or inform the tenants of their obligation.
Our personal 'Meet & Greet' service is designed to make holidaymakers' arrival free of stress and make a good first impression. Guests appreciate somebody to walk them through a property they've never been to before. We contact guests a few days prior to their trip to introduce ourselves and request flight information. We then advise them of a check-in time and supply a pin location for the meet & greet.
Upon arrival we show the guests around the property, explain how all the house equipment and appliances work, introduce any house/urbanisation rules and answer any questions they may have.
During their stay we will on hand to help them and can advise on things to do in the local area.
On departure day we usually ask guests to vacate at 10am. We attend the property to collect the keys and check the property has been left in a good undamaged condition.
We can arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be carried out with our tradesmen, but before any work is undertaken we will submit a detailed report and estimate for your approval.
We believe in preventative maintenance. It preserves the condition of your property, keeps your repair and turnover costs low and increases the long-term value of your asset. All properties we manage undergo routine and regular inspections and service visits. We don't like surprises so we like to make sure the condition of each property is maintained.

We cover tasks from a leaking tap to installation of electric boilers.
If you need to change your lights or sockets at home, if you need to install a new doorbell or simply change a fuse.

There are several reasons as to why you may need to change the locks of your home. The locks on your doors may be worn or maybe you have moved into a new property. You may want to better secure a garage or out building. Whatever the reason, we can help.

Security Lights- the addition of security lights to the outside of your property can detect and deter intruders as well as be useful to the owner needing a well lit exterior making walking outside after dark more comfortable.
Key-safe - installed to the exterior of your property offering a secure option for anyone wishing to leave keys on site.
Smoke Detectors - Installing a smoke detector adds security to your home quickly alerting you to a fire or fire hazard.
Parking Bay Security Posts - Some of our clients have allocated parking bays within a garage and find other cars parked inconsiderately in their space. We can install a folding parking post to ensure no one steals your space and it offers added vehicle security.
Window Locks - Window locks add extra security to your home when left vacant for periods of time.
Our service includes installation of Boilers, Washing Machines and Dishwashers. For clients unable to purchase these items due to not being in the country, we can liaise with and purchase any appliance, deliver and install on your behalf.
We provide HOLIDAY CLEANS, END OF TENANCY DEEP CLEANS & BUILDERS CLEANS. We provide all our own cleaning materials and equipment.
Our Laundry services include the washing and ironing of all bedding and towels.
No matter how dirty your oven is, our oven cleaning solutions have been designed to be as non-intrusive as possible, whilst providing a fantastic finish.
We offer a regular 'appliance servicing' service - extending your machines lifespan and ensuring they operate at peak performance.
Dishwasher - servicing includes removing and cleaning filters, cleaning door seals, topping up salt and rinse-aid, removal and cleaning of spray arms and running a high temperature interior clean programme with deep clean solution.
Washing Machine - servicing includes removing and cleaning filters, cleaning door seals, cleaning of water and powder inlet dispenser drawer, water hose replaced, running a high temperature interior clean programme with deep clean solution.
The terrace clean involves a thorough jet-washing (subject to availability of an outside tap) of your patio area followed by the optional protective sealer applied once dry. We suggest empty properties are checked at least once a month and after any severe weather conditions. Holiday rentals are checked when guests vacate. Long term rentals we advise quarterly inspections.
We like to facilitate owners by allowing them to create their own unique package to suit their requirements.
We respond promptly, liaise between tenant and landlord to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
If the tenant is a day or two late in paying their rent we contact them directly to ask when payment can be expected. If non-payment continues we then contact them again by BUROFAX (official registered letter) informing them that if payment is not received within the next 7 days legal proceedings will commence.
Any additional fees and/or charges will be agreed prior to any task being carried out.
We source tenants through marketing strategies. To qualify a tenant they must provide us with proof of the following: Identification, NIE, Income, Work Contract or Pension, Bank Statements and testimonial from current/previous landlord where possible. All this is required prior to any viewings taking place.
We have been managing properties on the Costa del Sol successfully for a number of years. Having relocated to Spain from the UK. All our clients are highly satisfied with our attention to detail and our services that we provide. We are able to provide references and testimonials from our owners. We schedule an appointment at the property to assess what work needs to be carried out. We will take documented evidence either by photograph, video or both. A quote will be prepared and issued to the landlord along with the documented evidence and await instruction. Should the issue require urgent attention then we will use our discretion to resolve the matter quickly.
